Ship to Stay is a private online gamified community designed to help makers consistently ship products instead of endlessly building in private. Members join the island, publicly commit to a project, and light their torch. As a member, you then have 45 days to launch something real before facing the island council review. Daily check-ins, shared accountability, public progress, and council voting create meaningful consequences that encourage execution over perfection. Rather than focusing on productivity hacks, Ship to Stay builds an environment where founders, indie hackers, and creators are motivated to finish, launch, and keep shipping.
