Crowdstax will collect only the data needed to operate the publication, community features, newsletter, submissions, analytics, security controls, and sponsorship inquiries.

Data we may process

• Account profile data such as name, email, avatar, bio, links, and contributor role.
• Submitted articles, drafts, comments, bookmarks, reactions, reports, and moderation records.
• Newsletter subscription data and email engagement metadata from the configured provider.
• Basic analytics and security logs such as page views, referrers, IP-derived signals, and user agent data.

Controls

Production implementation should support account deletion, unsubscribe links, provider data export paths, least-privilege admin access, and secure retention policies.
